Delete your
data.

Writers Nook does not have accounts — you never sign up, and there is no profile to sign into. Your writing is never on our servers, on desktop or mobile, so there is no manuscript to delete on our end.

What we hold, if anything

If you have never bought or trialed anything from us, we hold nothing about you. If you have, the only things that exist server-side are:

• Your email address and the name you entered at checkout, plus your order history — held by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
• Your license key.
• An AI credit balance tied to that key, if you have used the managed AI Writing Assistant.

To delete all of it

Email support@writersnook.app from your purchase email and ask us to delete your data. We complete the deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation once it's done.

Data on your own device

Your manuscripts, story bible, and settings live only on your own devices — we never see them. Remove them by uninstalling the app. On the phone companion app, open Settings and use Remove AI access to delete the AI credential stored on that phone; the assistant becomes unavailable there until your desktop offers it again.
