These terms cover your use of the Writers Nook application and website. By buying or using Writers Nook, you agree to them.
Your one-time purchase grants you a perpetual, personal license to use Writers Nook on the computers you personally use (up to three active activations). The license is yours to keep; it does not expire.
Writers Nook is sold as a one-time purchase. Updates within the version you bought are included. A future major version may be offered as a separate, optional upgrade.
Device Sync is an optional monthly subscription. It uses an end-to-end encrypted relay to sync your writing between your devices; we do not store your manuscript content on our servers. You can cancel any time; your app keeps working and your local files remain yours.
Please don't resell, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent licensing. Your writing is yours; the software is ours to license.
Purchases are covered by our refund policy.
Writers Nook is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it stable and your data safe, but we can't be liable for indirect or incidental losses. Keep your own backups too.
We may update these terms; we'll note the date above and, for material changes, let you know by email.
