If you're not happy with the app within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund of your one-time purchase — no interrogation required.
Write to support@writersnook.app from your purchase email, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
You can cancel the AI Writing Assistant subscription at any time from your account page. Billing stops at the end of the current period and the assistant keeps working until then. We don't pro-rate partial months.
What we can't refund is credits you have already spent. Every AI request costs us real money at the moment it runs, so consumed credits are gone. Unused credits from an optional top-up pack can be refunded within 30 days of buying that pack, provided the pack is untouched.
If something went genuinely wrong — a failed request that still billed you, or a month you could not use at all — write to us. We would rather sort it out than argue about it. And if you are only trying the assistant out, the free trial credits exist so you can decide before you pay anything.
Device Sync can be cancelled at any time and stops billing at the end of the current period. We don't pro-rate partial months, but reach out if something went wrong and we'll sort it. Cancelling never touches your writing — your files stay on your devices exactly as they are.
